El Capitan of GP One, Gareck revels in the pride held for his crew and all they’ve worked to build.
On the topic of building; from a young age Gareck has loved to build things, starting with Lego (which he so totally only buys for his daughters now) to the successful construction and operation of the well-oiled machine that is GP One Consulting. Never one to back down from a challenge, Packer channels his competitive nature into turning ideas into reality and doing ‘it’ better. Gareck has discovered that flattery will get you everywhere in life (where you also the teacher’s pet in school Gareck?) and is a man made up of exceptional amounts of heart. It’s the pat on the back at the end of the day, signifying a job well done, that drives him to achieve the best of his abilities. Gareck goes by the quotes “How you do anything is how you do everything” (incredibly vague making it almost as wise as a Confucius quote), and “I’m not here for a haircut”. Whilst not preoccupied seeking a balance between family, work, fun and fitness (an exceptionally difficult task with only 24hrs in a day), Gareck enjoys: delving into ancient history, especially that of Greek/Roman mythology as well as travel and dreaming of doing daring things like the red bull 400 (for those of you who don’t know what this is: it’s a 400m sprint race up the huge ski jumping hill that was used in the 2002 Olympics, crazy right?!)
